Well, here is another one:

A young writer sends his manuscript to a famous author, with a note saying,
“Please read this manuscript and advise.
Please answer as quickly as possible because I have other irons in the fire.“
The noted writer sent back a brief note that said,
„Remove irons. Insert manuscript.“
