Today we celebrate the day of German reunion. When I was 60 years old, I did not believe that I would experience this in my lifetime. And then it happened all of a sudden and unexpectedly. It was very emotional. The wall fell and it was again possible to go von “hüben nach drüben”. Since then, I have made a trip there several times. Baltic Sea, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Spreewald, Dresden. I hope, I am still able to get to know the Harz region.
