And if so, what are your favourites?
I love bacon and eggs and apple crumble and my favourite is Lemon Curd. The first two I can make by myself and have them now and then, but Lemon Curd is not easy to get. There is an English shop 45 km away but what would one glas of Lemon Curd cost, if I would drive there. Gasoline is 2,15 € per liter at the moment. So I searched the net for a recipe. I found one that said „Simple Lemon Curd“,
I tried it and it worked well. Now I am happy with my 4 glasses of selfmade Lemon Curd.
