How do you celebrate Carnival? Do you go to local carnival events in costume? Are you celebrating at home with family and friends? I don't go to carnival events anymore, but I watch Mainz singing and laughing on TV and the Rose Monday procession.
On Rose Monday we traditionally have potato salad and sausages and a beer and hang up colour paper streamers.
