Autumn

Autumn came suddenly and just in time, brought rain and storm, and it seemed as if the leaves coloured overnight. At daytime the sun is shining again, but it is cold at night.
At least for a few hours a day, I switch the heating on. Sweaters and warm slippers are brought out of the closet and a warm drink in the evening creates comfort.
How about egg nog: I make it this way: I stir the sugar and egg yolks until frothy, add white wine and warm slowly, sometimes adding some cinnamon or some rum.
Also good with cream cap. Who asks for calories again
There are certainly many egg nog variants, you can try this and that.
