Which regions do you love?

There once had been a time when it was possible to travel to the British Isles. In those days I learned to love certain regions, the landscapes, the language and the people. I sometime feel a loss not to be able to go there again even though I found a region on the continent where I feel at home as well, if there weren't the language problem.
Well, however, which regions in England, Shottland, Wales and Cornwall do you love? Or do you prefer Irland? Or the Isle of Man? And why?
